Billing Terms

Important information about our billing policies:

Subscription Billing

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Billing Cycle

For monthly subscriptions, you will be billed on the same day each month. For annual subscriptions, you will be billed once per year on the anniversary of your subscription start date. If your subscription started on a day not contained in a given month, you will be billed on the last day of that month.

Price Changes

We may change our subscription fees from time to time. If we change the fees for your subscription, we will provide notice of the change on the Site or by email, at least 30 days before the change is to take effect. Your continued use of the subscription after the fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount.

Payment Processing

We use third-party payment processors to process payments made to us. In connection with your use of the Services, you will be asked to provide certain payment information, such as your credit card number, to our payment processors. All payment information is stored and processed by our payment processors in accordance with their terms and policies.

Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all subscription plans. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal.

Individual Course Purchases

For individual course purchases, we offer a 14-day refund period. If you're not satisfied with a course, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 30% of the course content.

Refund Exclusions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago (for subscriptions) or 14 days ago (for individual courses)
  • Courses that have been completed more than 30%
  • Bundle purchases where individual components have been accessed or downloaded
  • Enterprise or team subscriptions (please refer to your contract terms)
  • Purchases made using promotional codes or discounts greater than 40%

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@gigversity.com or through the Help Center in your account. Please include your order number and the reason for your refund request.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Depending on your location, your purchase may be subject to sales tax, VAT, GST, or other applicable taxes. These taxes are calculated based on:

For EU customers: According to EU regulations, VAT will be charged based on your country of residence. If you're purchasing on behalf of a business with a valid VAT ID, you may be exempt from VAT charges.
