When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
For monthly subscriptions, you will be billed on the same day each month. For annual subscriptions, you will be billed once per year on the anniversary of your subscription start date. If your subscription started on a day not contained in a given month, you will be billed on the last day of that month.
We may change our subscription fees from time to time. If we change the fees for your subscription, we will provide notice of the change on the Site or by email, at least 30 days before the change is to take effect. Your continued use of the subscription after the fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount.
We use third-party payment processors to process payments made to us. In connection with your use of the Services, you will be asked to provide certain payment information, such as your credit card number, to our payment processors. All payment information is stored and processed by our payment processors in accordance with their terms and policies.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all subscription plans. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal.
For individual course purchases, we offer a 14-day refund period. If you're not satisfied with a course, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 30% of the course content.
